This company is a POS! After filing our damaged goods claim, they reimbursed us $90.00, and our claim was $1,300.00 (for repair if possible). The movers not only DOUBLED their initial bid from $1500 to 3K due to "add ons", but also broke, lost, damaged, delayed delivery by weeks, and destroyed 40 years of collecting art from New Mexica, Sante' Fe and Taos! A whole set of china shattered, candelabra in pieces, metal mirror bent beyond repair, custom metal/copper sofa table bent in half (!), 2 matching chairs legs broken off, dining table has huge scratch on top, several paintings (by Grandma) lost, and we ended up with an ugly 12 x 12 black rug. This company needs to be sued or be put out of business. The lack of integrity, compassion, professionalism, and accountability is dreadful! DO NOT USE THE SHIPPING COMPANY FROM OREGON: GTS... AND IF YOU HAVE A DAMAGED GOODS CLAIM DO NOT SEND IT TO ANTHEM CLAIM MANAGEMENT! THEY BOTH ARE GREEDY AND CRIMINAL!
