Felt like I was dealing with craigslist verse a businessNever returns phone call's, been months and still have not repaired anythingI am repairing myselfThe motor home was not inspected at all, sensors disconnected, water line replaced with garden hose, a/c unit blew out causing other electric problems, propane leak, plumbing leaks all over, bare wire pulled off gas stove top laying on metal, rear wall separating from frame, etcI can go on and onNever been ripped off so bad beforeIt's heart breaking$46,piece of junkService department will ignore you, not return calls and take months if ever fix anything

Storage at the Anthem location is great, however, the service department employs incompetent service writers who have no customer service skills whatsoever I requested an estimate of repairs from Anthem Rv and walked the toy hauler with " [redacted] " pointing out numerous repairs or areas of concern [redacted] noted the repairs and stated he would complete an additional assessment of the roof, prepare the estimate and call me back After one week no call back I inquired and was given the run around After two weeks no call back, I inquired and complained about the lack in service and ***" blamed me asking who I had previously called After three weeks I finally reached "Phil" the original finance manager from my original purchase of the toy hauler Phil Assured me he would address the problem and I would receive a call the next day with the estimate I give this company an "F" for FAILING RATING IN THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENTAfter four weeks I called today to inquire about the estimate, " [redacted] " threw out some random numbers about one issue of repair and ignored every other issue we discussed and visually inspected at the walk around " [redacted] " told me he didn't know I wanted an estimate and when I asked him in return why a customer had to take the initiative and call Anthem Rv to inquire about an estimate over ago he replied, "I don't know" [redacted] has no business being in any service department where customers have face to face contactTo date, four weeks and one day, I still do not have an estimate for repairs and replacement parts needed for my toy hauler

they would not fulfill the terms of the agreement. . . . they said I could use my downpayment for another RV but when I could not find one I wanted they refused to refund the $2000. I put down. I have made several calls but have not got a return call. . . . . I wanted to buy from a small family owned business to support local but I am not happy with Anthem RV and their ethics.

My husband and I left a $2,deposit to purchase a new RV with the Sun City location of Anthem RV with Martin, the manager The delivery date of the RV and date we were to sign our contract and all paperwork was 10/25/ Anthem RV did not provide contracts or the RV on the agreed date They have not provided anything since We have contacted the Manager, Paul at the New River location and Martin at the Sun City location They have failed to complete or even produce contracts to complete the purchase of our RV and they refuse to return our deposit of $2, We have called repeatedly requesting our deposit be refunded to us to no avail

Owner, Martin ***, refuses to give back my $down payment that was written on 3-2-and cashed on 3-15-Signed contract for loan on 3-12-for fifth wheel trailer The trailer went back to Anthem RV shop in Anthem on 3-20-due to many problems with itWe called weekly and was told they were waiting on auth before they could fix! We were so upset but kept calling, on 4-26-I called Bank of the West since we never received payment book and was told they had no loan for usCalled Martin ***, at Anthem RV Sun City and he said he would find out and call me backThis was a Monday and then on Thursday he finally called me back and said the bank rejected the low interest rate he put in the contractHe knew this on 3-15-and still cashed our checkHe never called and told us our loan was rejected!!! So now since 4-26-18, I have emailed him daily to get our money back because he won’t answer his phone, He has called once on May and asked me to do a new contrac

Six weeks ago we purchased a *** *** and once delivered so we could hook up to electric, gas and water we found several problemsMark in service at Anthem was notified immediately After about calls to service, to management, visits to the service location, and emails I have received calls back from service (from Roger and from Mark), from management ( Phil) and all I have been told from Mark was that the oven part is no longer made and he would have to get the part from another stove or replace the stove The furnace problem and water leak were handled after half of these phone calls and live visits, but the stove is still in limbo They have had weeks to accomplish this and I still do not have an oven that works I need this problem resolved

Initial purchase of our new motor home was greatWe were ready to recommend Anthem to everyone! Then we returned our motor home for punch list repairs (we purchased brand new in November 2016)That was the beginning of January We "borrowed" it for days in February and then returnedAt that point nothing had been fixedMonths passed with no contact and no return callsWhen we would hear back we were constantly told it was almost ready, they just had to finish up a few thingsThen, in April, the service dept admitted to "losing our ticket" and said nothing had been doneweeks ago we were guaranteed it would be finished up in a weekAnd now we can't reach anyone or get a call back againWe spend over $100k and have made monthly payments plus paid storage fees to hold our spot on a brand new motor home that's been in the shop for almost monthsBy far the worst experience we've ever hadIt's a shame that we will not be referring business here ever and that the service department has ruined our opinion of Anthem RV

I'm submitting this review to warn people about their business practices be careful dealing with the owners and a salesmen guy they will tell you one thing and then they will do the complete opposite do not give a deposit unless you are willing to wait for a month to get it back very rude business owners prejudiced statements against a persons genderVery rude and crude business owners what does a person's gender have to do with anything

I bought an RV from this company's Sun City office in May I was told that I would have to go to the Anthem Office located on north Black Canyon Hwy to pick it upI did thatAt that time, I paid cash money for the RV and bought an extended warranty to the tune of $Everything had to be in proper order before I was allowed to depart with my purchaseIn September 2017, I sold this unit and returned to the Black Canyon office to request a refund of my unused portion of the warrantyThere had been no claims filed against the warranty companyThe sales manager filed a report dated September and sent it on to the warranty companyI asked him when I could expect my checkHe informed me in approximately daysOn November 2017, I went back to the office and went to see the sales manager who was on vacation in SE AsiaI was then directed to the Owner of the business - a not very likeable guy id's as PhilMy wife and I entered the office and he had his feet up sitting at his desk and wanted to know what we wantedThere were chairs in front of his desk but were covered by papersHe did not offer to let my wife sit downI then informed him of the paper his sales manager gave me on September and wanted to know the status of the refundHe abruptly stated that it would be a minimum of days before I was to get my refund and I was directed out of the doorI again asked him to check on it and he stated "days - live with it" and directed me to leaveI tried to tell him that the Cancellation Request Form stated days if a used unit - mine was a used unitHe again stated to get out of his officeI asked him why he couldn't check on the status and he stated that it was the duties of the sales managerI then said that the sales manager was not around and since he was the owner, he should know how to go about checking the statusHe again refused and at this point my wife dragged me out of the officeA period of days has elapsed since the cancellation form was filed and today's date - two weeks beyond the days stated on the cancellation formI have never been treated by an individual as rude as this owner PhilI will take my business to more reputable companies such as LaMesa or Beudry RV or any othersI will never recommend this company to anyone now or in the future

Attempted to purchase new forest river Evo 8-24-Rv was missing electronic tank heaters installed from factory, that we're advertised as installedI specifically asked if they were installed, they said yesWhen we were doing our delivery inspection we found that they were not installedAmong that a bunch of other issues were foundBroken Cabinets,blinds,and other non functioning features I gave them a cashier's check for $13,000, as well as a$deposit on my debit cardToday (9-18-17)we were supposed to pick it up after waiting over three weeks for the repairs to be made since payment Only half of the repairs were made and the ones that were complete we're done very poorlyThey cut open underbelly and used duct tape to reseal the camper bottomThey are refusing to give me my down payment back and not returning my calls

I purchased a travel trailer on June 2, We have taken the trailer out for one night and experienced issues with the water hook-up, holding tank, and jacksI have left two voice mails for the owner, Phil Olson, with no responseI do not want this trailer - I want them to take it back, fix the issues, and re-sell to someone elseI realize I may lose my $2,down payment and if that's the price I have to pay, so be itI want this trailer out of my life

Never been ripped off so bad before. It's heart breaking. $46,000 piece of junk. Service department will ignore you, not return calls and take months if ever fix anything.

WE HAVE OWNED 6 MOTORHOMES IN THE LAST 15 YEARS. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE. WE APPRECIATE ALL THE HARD WORK AND HONESTY FROM ALL OF YOU.

I WILL RECOMMEND YOU ALL.
