I purchased a used refrigerator from Anthony's Appliance Repair & Sales on 3-20-2020 with a two month warranty for repairs only. Warranty services are Monday-Friday with appointment only. The refrigerator hasn't been working property since a week after purchase. I have made numerous phones call & left a plethora of messages to get a service appointment, no answer, no call backs. I have gone to the place of business, it now looks like they're "out of business" but recorder says differently. My food was starting to spoil so I contacted another appliance service business for repairs. I have spend an additional $180.00 on repairs and parts. My actual warranty for Anthony ends today, May 20, 2020. There is a notation on my receipt that states that, "after the Warranty is done we are not responsible for any future repair. No Exchanges. No Cash Refund. All Sales are Final. This company is negligent and I have suffered financial loss as a result of their negligence in adhering to the customer agreement. I request investigation of this business license. I request this Business to either refund me for outside repairs and/or exchange for another WORKING refrigerator in great working condition.

My landlord purchased a stove from this company and a couple days after delivery I purchased a washer and dryer set, however the washer started to leak which I advised them of. They said they were going to be out but never showed. The washer now leaks more to where it is ruing my floor and floods, as well as now the over will not heat and smells like it’s leaking gas when turned on. I again called on 10/15/19 and advised in which they stated they had an appointment for me Thursday morning. Well Thursday came and no one showed so I called as well as texted and never got a response. We are now ending Saturday 10/19/19 and are still not able to get ahold of anyone! And no calls have been returned.
