As stated before-Our warranty is similar to other Furniture Mfgwarranty-one year from the date of purchaseThis was purchased in well over one year We are willing to help Ms [redacted] by sending her new cushions at no chargeShe can order the replacement cushions through [redacted] @ 662- [redacted] -they will be Fed-x directly to herThis is more than a reasonable offer considering the length of time she has had the furnitureRegards, [redacted] Customer Relations Manager

Dear msClopton- We do offer our dealers a one year warranty on all covers which is similar to most other Furniture Manufactures warranties-this is the warranty our vendors extend to us. The cover has been dropped by the vendor and unfortunately unable to obtain any additional
yardage,but we will do our best to try and match as close as possible to another cover in stockif she will contact *** @ ***-***-we will send her with enough yardage for the parts needed at no chargeAgain, it will not match exactly,but this exceeds our warranty and hopefully will help.Please advise of any additional questions.Best Regards,*** ***Franklin Corporation

Dear MS Clopton:The manufacturer's warranty on leather and other fabrics is limited to one year from the original date of purchase-similar to other Furniture Manufacture's warranty on coversMrs*** purchased the sofa and loveseat in October of which is well beyond the one
yearHowever, Franklin Corporation is willing to go above the warranty and send Ms*** the seat cushion at no charge(as long as the cover is still available)-she will only be responsible for the installationThere was no information on the report concerning the cover numberWe will need the cover number in order to process the orderMs*** will need to contact *** *** @ 662-*** for ordering instructions.Sincerely,*** ***Customer Relation Manager

I am rejecting this response because: it will be too expensive for me to replace the cushions The sofa and love seat started to come a loose within a year and a half This is so ridiculous to me The new cushions will probably come loose quickly The sofa and love seat was poorly made and replacing the cushion will not correct the entire problem I basically spend $1,cash for a very bad product I live along, I am a widow, I take care of everything that I have Every sofa and love seat that I had before this one, last at least years and was still in good shape at the time they were replaced But to have a set that come loose within a year and a half It is something wrong with this set
