was graded and hydro seeded by a professional company The consumer failed to to keep the lawn watered and it was full of weeds which proves was not maintained We paid to have it reseeded She wanted the toilet in the basementI had to modify plumbing and moved the electricityI gave her a brand new $shower for the basement at no chargeThis was was a big expense for my company as the plumber charged me and I did not charge her for thisThe issues with the roof was an act of God We had extremely strong winds in excess of mph and her house is in an open field I have made some repairs on the roof as a courtesy but this is not covered under warranty She called about the leak in the basement, I responded within minutes There was no evidence of a leak and could have been caused by negligence because the leak was below the bathroom The concrete she mentioned is less than a small bucket but I will not go on the property because she claims I threatened her, which I did not I have bent over backwards for this consumer and it has been documented There was $allocated for the toilet but there was the expense of my time and material of over $In good faith I offered her and her attorney a $but she has refused it
