I finally got ahold of someone at the business on 09/05/and dropped my computer off to them the following day on 09/06/? On 09/13/they finally called me to tell me that the previous Rep Rob (who is no longer there now) installed an unlicensed version of [redacted] ***? onto my computer and they did not have a product key for it.They also said something about my CD burner drivers needing updated and ***? (which I am always prompted when updates are available)? To make a long email short, they charged me another $to get my computer back last night, but one good thing is they have now given me my product code for [redacted] ? but it is for the version now instead of 2010.Still feel like I've been ripped off my this company and that all this work should have been done on the first visit back on 10/14/when they charged to the original $to remove **? and put [redacted] onto the computer.I am now out a total of $with this company? On a side note the new staff seems really nice and professional, but still don't feel like I should have been charged and additional to get my computer back on 09/13/2017.Thank You [redacted] No I don't consider it to be resolved because I still think I was overcharged for all the workIt isn't my fault that they are shady and put unlicensed products on my laptop when I thought I was paying them for real work to be done
5/4/-- Spoke with *** at CompucaveHe said he personally dealt with the consumer, the consumer came and picked up the laptop and signed a releaseHe considers this matter resolved
