Review: This contractor quoted a price on a concrete job at my residence. I paid him 1/2 the fee as a deposit in cash to start the job, and he failed to begin the job in a timely manner. After over a month of excuses and lies, I asked for a refund of my deposit ($2,150.00), more excuses, more lies. I have filed a police report, but this thief has presented himself as a reputable contractor and my experience reveals that he is not honest. I would like my deposit refunded, and for him to correct his business practices.Desired Settlement: I would simply like to have my deposit returned. I promptly forwarded a cash deposit to what I thought was a reputable contractor, and I was mistaken. I do not want this to happen to other hard working taxpayers.
