Dr Ford's office called on 1/26/2016 at 12:40PM to advise the consumer consumers account has not been sent to collections and is paid in full. Delta Dental reissued their payment and consumers copay was also received. Account REFLECTS PAID IN FULL as of 1/26/2016.
