Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below Like I have previously pointed out, the owner of the salon never addressed my concerns He continues to call me "crazy" which highlights his unprofessionalism and his combative behavior Instead of "standing by his work" which he reported in his previous email, he focuses on other details, like a person waiting outside in a car and that he would "address the issue if that was his wife." Once again this highlights his aggressive and hostile behavior that I have repeatedly pointed out I would like to note that I have never, ever had to contact the Revdex.com regarding an issue like this So, his claims that I do this all the time are unfounded Lastly, the reason why my husband did not come into the salon himself was because our child was in the car Although, I feel like this detail is completely irrelevant, I did want to make mention of it since the salon brought it upPlease know that my husband did meet me at the police station He "followed" me down the street so he could find a parking spot and it also should be noted that the police station is located within walking distance from the salon Again, these details do not address the real issue at hand here; but rather, the salon's way of deflecting the issue Likewise, the details of what he was holding in his hand If we want to get real technical, at first, he had a telephone in his hand, then he had clippers and eventually he was holding scissors Again, I respectfully request that the salon hand over any video of that day so the Revdex.com can see first hand what I had to endure Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Please add your rejection comments below.
This email is in response to Mr*** email I would like to point out several inaccuracies of Mr*** response back to the Revdex.com. First, I did not make an appointment to "fix my hair because of a bad haircut that I got from a reputable salon up the street." When I called to make the appointment, I told the receptionist I was making an appointment for "just a trim." It does not make sense that I would contact Anthony Fredericks Salon if I was unhappy with a previous salon In fact, if I was so unhappy with the other salon, I would have voiced my concerns with that other salon and not with Anthony Fredericks I find it interesting yet confusing that Mr*** if trying to place blame on the previous hair salonFor one, If I had received a bad cut why wouldn't I go back to that salon and secondly, if I did come in with a bad haricut why would I agree to leave it that way and not take the recommendations of the stylist? It must be noted that I have visited other salons in *** and I have been happy with the services I received and never had had to contact the Revdex.com regarding other salonsThe fact of the matter is that I attempted to schedule an appointment with other salons first but they did not have any availability for that day; hence, why I had to resort to Anthony Fredericks Salon The only reason why the name of the other salon came up is because *** mentioned that she had applied to work at the other salon and was never hired, thus why she was working at Anthony Fredeicks Salon I thought it was strange and random that *** told me that during the haircut, but I chucked it up that she was trying to make small talk with me. Next, Mr*** was not present the day I had my hair done The information that he is reporting to Revdex.com is second hand information that is not correct The stylist, *** asked me how many inches I wanted to take off I reiterated several times that I just wanted the split ends removed and that I wanted to keep the length of my hair, which is very long *** commented numerous times throughout the haircut that I had beautiful long hair and that I should never cut it off We both agreed that the split ends were only less than an inch that needed to be cut; however, *** made a joke and asked if I wanted to cut it shorter- taking off 3-inches? We laughed and then mutually agreed again to only take about an inch off During the cut, I told *** that I parted my hair down the middle a few times but for whatever reason, *** styled and blew dry my hair to the right Because of this, I was unable to see how uneven the layers in the front were at the salon.
Additionally, I would like to point out that I had in fact tried to contact the salon numerous times after my hair cut The phone either went unanswered or the receptionist that answered the phone was dismissive and rude to me As Mr*** points out in his response, I did indeed call again two more times on 9/1/2016, as my previous phone calls were not returned When Mr*** finally returned my call, I explained that I was extremely frustrated that I had been trying to get in contact with him all week and that at this point, I was requesting a full refund as not only was I dissatisfied with the services I received but then the lack of contact back by the salonMr*** said that *** could see me on Saturday I pointed out that it was Thursday and I did not want to have to wait two more days to get it fixedI am happy that Mr*** told the truth and acknowledged that he hung up the phoneI should mentioned that he hung up the phone as I told him I just got off from work and that I would be happy to stop by the salon to show him my hair I am assuming he did not hear that part of the conversation as he abruptly hung up on meMr*** also admitted that I attempted to call him back again and he refused to answer the phone. I must refute Mr*** statment that I came into the salon yelling In fact, when I walked into the salon, I overheard him telling his male client that "a crazy girl just called and was demanding a refund." I actually laughed when I heard him saying that and told him that I was "*** the person he was referring to." At no point, did he mention that he thought I was his daughter This story and so far fetched I told Mr*** that the reason I was there was so he could see for himself what *** had done to my hair Mr*** said that he didn't have time to look at my hair and that he didn't need to as he makes plenty of money with his other clientsAt that point, I asked for my money back; to which Mr*** refused The most concerning part of this entire story is the way in which Mr*** conducted himself He was the one that was yelling and pointed at me with scissors in his hand, telling me that "I was crazy if I thought I was going to get my money back." Mr*** went on to make a gesture with his index finger to his temple- making circular motions and kept saying "you are crazy- you need to check yourself back into the loony bin; go back to the mental hospital." At that point, I told Mr*** I was appalled and completed offended the way he was talking to me and that as a licensed professional, I was in shock that he would speak to someone like thatAs Mr*** ackoweldged in his response back, I did in fact ask for his professional license number as I informed him I was going to be filing a complaint with the division of professional license as well as the Revdex.com and share my horrible experience on social media (Yelp) Mr*** continued to yell at me and point his scissors at me, he then continued to make statements that if I did that he would find out who "*** *** was" and that "if I lived in ***, I would find out the hard way who *** *** was" As I stood there in complete shock, I asked him to clarify what those statements meant and asked him if that was a threat, as I was really confused I also pointed out that his behavior so was unbelievable unprofessional and that he was doing this all in front of another client Mr*** called me "crazy" in his email response, which corroborates his behavior at the salon that day when he kept yelling at me If Mr*** "stands by his work" then I am not sure why he refused to see me or fix this situation Furthermore, Mr*** behavior was so shocking and concerning that he would act like that in front of clientsMr*** email response back just highlights his unprofessionalism by calling me "rude and crazy." Mr*** definitely did not try his hardest to please me, in fact, it was the complete opposite of that by him verbally abusing me and berating me I continue to request a full refund of $ As if the service part wasn't bad enough, I then had to endure Mr*** combativeness and threatening behavior Please know that immediately after I left the salon, I walked right into the police station Unfortunately, the police stated that although MrJeanetti's behavior was completely inappropriate, it did not rise to the level of needing police intervention They advised me to not have any contact with Mr*** I am requesting Mr*** to send over videos from his salon, which will prove his story is completely fabricated and inaccurate Regards,
*** Deshiro

Hi my name is [redacted] and I am the present owner of the salon. I am responding to a complaint sent in by [redacted] on 8/26/16  [redacted] had made an appointment for her hair to be fixed because of a bad haircut that she got from a reputable salon up the street. The stylist explained to [redacted] for...

her hair to be fixed the right way was to cut about three inches off to make the cut even. [redacted] did not want to do that so the stylist and [redacted] decided to layer the ends of her hair so it would blend in a little better. [redacted] was very happy about her haircut, never said anything about the cut being messed up and gave the stylist a $10 tip. [redacted] appointment was Saturday 8/27/16 at 1:30 [redacted] claims she left a message the next two days which was Sunday and Monday the salon is closed both days we reopen on Tuesday 8/31/16  9am to 8 pm there was no message or any calls from [redacted] until Thursday morning 9 /1/16 [redacted] had called in the morning and wanted to speak to the owner [redacted] was told he was busy and he would call you back she stated she wanted reimbursement for her bad haircut that she got on Saturday 8/27/16 [redacted] called two more times on Thursday 9/1/16 and was very rude. At 5.30 that evening I asked my client that was sitting in my chair if I could make a quick call to a client he was ok with that I called [redacted] and left a message for her to call me back. 10 min later [redacted] called back I left my client to speak to her. [redacted] told me she wanted a reimbursement for her haircut I told her I had talked to the stylist and she would be happy to see her on Saturday because she is the stylist who did the cut [redacted] then started yelling that she works for a living and she wanted her money back I said I have to see your haircut she then was yelling and told me that [redacted] screwed her hair up and she wanted her money back so she can get a professional haircut. [redacted] is the salon up the street. [redacted] now started yelling more and said I was the one that said [redacted] screwed up her hair and she wanted me to see her that night. I explained to [redacted] that I was very busy and I could not see her until the next night Friday 9/2/16 at 6.30 that we stand by our work and did say to her why did you go to the desk tell the stylist you loved your hair cut and then tip her and wait 5 days to call the salon at that point she was so crazy and loud that my client and the other stylist can hear her yelling at me on the phone there was no way I could listen to her anymore I tried as much as I could then I will admit I hung up. 10 minutes later that night Thursday 9/2/16 at 5.50 [redacted] came in the salon yelling and said I am [redacted] the one you and her are talking about I said we are not talking about you she was just saying to me I thought that was my daughter when she comes in send her in the back I said ok. [redacted] was yelling from the time she entered the salon my client that was in my chair could not believe it at that point [redacted] had her hair over to one side I asked her several times to let me see her hair she would not she was yelling she stated that I was getting my client involved and I was so unprofessional at that point the stylist said to [redacted] you got everyone involved when you came in and started yelling she then wanted my license I told her I was not going to give her my license at that point I had asked her to leave the salon or I was going to call the police you are so rude and yelling is not helping I told her my address and name was on the door my last name is [redacted] she was now saying I was threatening her so I then called the police. I have been in business for thirty years and never had such a rude and crazy person as [redacted] was. The salon has had very little dissatisfied clients and we stand by our work. I tried my hardest there was no pleasing [redacted].  I feel as a business owner we could not please everyone but we go out of our way for our clients.

To another responce from [redacted] story is so so untrue as for pointing of scissors I was in the middle of buzzing a man clients hair when [redacted] came in yelling which is a not a pair of scissors it"s a buzzer for mens hair. [redacted]"s boyfriend or husband was parked in front of the salon when [redacted] was leaving she was yelling at him he proceeded  following [redacted] up the street as she was walking. if I was doing the crazy stuff [redacted] claims why did her boyfriend or husband not come into the salon to confront me about what just went on.  if that was my wife or girlfriend and she told me that went on I would have been right in  the salon  The reason is [redacted] has made up such a crazy story about this matter. at this point if [redacted] can take me to court. a client like [redacted] is not worth my time and I am sure [redacted] has pulled this with other Businesses and will continuie to do so. I have a good reputation and have for years
