Feb.2013 paid for burial for [redacted] at [redacted] with marker[redacted]. Promised to provide but 1 yr later marker still not placed! Feb.2013 paid for burial arrangement for father [redacted] to Anthony Funeral Home and for final burial at [redacted] with marker[redacted]. Full cost for marker was an additional $1,245. 45Marker Promised to provide but 1 yr later marker still not placed!Father was buried March 2013. As of July 2013, a marker still had not been place. Phoned manager [redacted] on May 30th and July 30, 2013 ([redacted] @ Anthony Funeral Home regarding the marker. She indicated each time it would be fulfilled and somehow the order was not placed, rather that she did it late June and that it will take 4-6 weeks. She assured that he marker should arrive no later than the next two weeks.One year later, I am told by my relatives who live in the area and visited family plots of grandparents on Memorial Day that there is no marker for my fathers grave. This is unacceptable. July 6, 2014, I emailed[redacted] requesting a photo of the marker. She replied that sand had covered it and she would be happy to provide a photograph and email. One week later the (2) email accounts ([redacted]@gmail.com>, [email protected]) have been terminated and my email bounces back. I have not heard from them since.Desired SettlementTo fulfill original contract and provide a marker for my fathers grave to the approval of my family that resides in the area and can confirm the order as requested.
