Myself and a fellow service member went in to do a simple title transfer from an out of state vehicle. The gentlemen (I didnt get his name but he can be seen in the video) at the counter requested the top part of the title (the section that the original owner mails back to the state). When my co-working asked him if he needed it because the directions clearly stated for the original owner to keep and mail it in the gentleman at the counter started to verbally abuse us. It was if the shear fact that we questioned his request that set him off. He pushed the documents towards us and told us to "get the [redacted] out." As I gathered up the paperwork he repeated called us "fs" and "queers." Keep in mind that both my co-worker and I were in our military uniforms and had been completely professional through the whole ordeal. My co-working asked him to calm down and tried to reason with the man but he came around the counter and forced us out of the business with the threat of physical violence.
I have never been treated so poorly for no reason before in my life, it was unbelievable that this even happened. This is no exaggeration, it was just a simple question about the title that set him off. As we were leaving my co-worker started to record the final moments of the ordeal.

We always do contact the customer prior to repairs to authorize the work.  We do not repair vehicles without the owner's consent, written or verbal.

Review: I had gone into this business to get the title of my car transferred from my husbands name to my name and I asked the girl at the desk if she was the notary and she responded "well yea that is why I am behind this desk in a sassy tone and I told her she didn't need to get so nasty about it. I didn't have all the things I needed so I left and returned a few minutes later to talk with the man in charge and he preceded to tell me I needed have my address changed and I tried to tell him that I already did that on my new photo ID form and when I get my license renewed then it will be changed on my licenses he began to tell me again that I need to have my address changed and I tried to tell him again my address will be when I get my license renewed. and he got smart with me and preceded to tell me that I needed to get rid of the attitude and the conversation became very heated and out of hand and he proceeded to tell me I was a [redacted] and no wonder my husband got rid of me and nothing was said about me and my husband being separated or in the process of getting a divorce. But it wasn't any of his business anyway. But that was the reason I was there and my soon to be ex husband was there before hand and come to find out that my husband did business with him before and apparently he was talking about it. I am not the only person that he has treated nasty to I have heard other customers say they had bad experiences with this man and will never go back to him. And I checked other notary in the area and they charge half the price. He charged me 129.00 dollars to transfer a title in name only when the others charge 90.00 dollars to do the same thing and he issued a new licenses plate and I didn't need oneDesired Settlement: that he does not treat anyone else like this and he a just the cost of the amount he charged me. But there is no way I will ever do business with him again

Review: We brought our truck there for repair and told them we wanted an estimate. They fixed it without our consent and it was $430.Desired Settlement: THEY NEED TO CONTACT the customer before repairing and charging the customer. This is so wrong and unethical.
