Before we moved from our previous home we had this outfit install (2) new complete Trane systems at a cost of $15K a couple of years agoAfter numerous attempts they finally got the systems working properly Following our move I contact them a month ago for an estimate to add a supply and return in a newly enclosed laundry area Anthony came out, checked out what would take to do the job and said he would send the estimate that day No estimate ever came Once the framing, sheet rock, taping, painting etcwas completed I contacted him to advise that we was ready for the duct work I was told that it could be done the following week on Thursday or Friday I again reminded him that I never received an estimateAgain, no estimate was received After several text and voice mail messages I finally receive a quote that was $higher than other competitive estimates After attempting to contact Anthony several times via text, voice mail and email he finally returned the call days later I told him I would agree to pay what the other estimates were He said he would have to go over his numbers and would call back in minutes, which he never did The following day I send another text reminding him that he didn't call back as promisedThen I receive a text that they won't reduce the price and that they are booked out weeks I guess he wasn't man enough to just say we don't want the job for the slightly reduced price so he plays the booked up card even though we were supposedly on their schedule If you need a completely new system they will quickly provide and estimate but after that you absolutely can't count on this outfit to have fair pricing and good follow-up Their post big $ install customer service and follstinks Our son and several friends are looking to replace their HVAC systems but will not consider using Anthony J***

I hired Anthony James to replace a system that was undersized and installed by another company They also added some ducts and another return The work was fast, clean and fairly priced Anthony and the brothers work as a team and know exactly what they are doing They are always available to respond to questions in a timely manner I highly recommend Anthony James Air Conditioning & heating

Our year old (2) unit system was getting tired and to be proactive we knew it was time to replace the compressors, coils and furnaces The install by the sub contractor used by the builder when the house was built was never good even though high seer Trane units were installed After obtaining some education concerning HVAC systems to ascertain exactly what the current problems were we scheduled inspections and estimates from (5) HVAC contractors with very good Revdex.com, Yelp and Google + reviews The choice was very easy Anthony James was head and shoulders above the other four companies in their detailed assessment of the old systems and duct work, suggested replacement equipment and corrective measures Their attention to detail was outstanding Anthony, Jace and their brothers were extremely courteous and very respectful We could not have been more please with the total experience in dealing with this outstanding family owned local business
