have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

As stated in writing by the insurance company, Anthony Lipari and Associates have not provided any services on behalf of [redacted] and [redacted], in particular to the repair and restoration of their home from fire damage. Anthony Lipari and Associates are not owed any fees, and the attorney who serviced the homeowners by providing written correspondence on behalf of the homeowners as demanded by Anthony Lipari and Associates, NEVER agreed that any money is owed to Anthony Lipari and Associates. The last communication noted by Anthony Lipari and Associates was September **, 2015 at approximately 2:30 pm, to state that the contract between Anthony Lipari and Associates and homeowners [redacted] will not be dissolved, despite multiple requests in writing. All attempts to communicate with Anthony Lipari and Associates via telephone and the answering service have been ignored. As the homeowners, we have questions regarding the process of restoring our home, and repairing the fire damage. As our public adjuster, representing us as homeowner to the insurance company, Anthony Lipari and Associates have failed to provide us with the assistance sought, and needed, but instead has only been concerned with obtaining their fee, and refusing to terminate a contract for potential "hold back" of payment from the insurance company, in which there is no guarantee that money will be received by the homeowners, as the contractor has refused to repair the home with a continual delay counted presently to almost a year after the fire which occurred January **, 2015.

[redacted] & [redacted] hired the contractor of their own free will and accord. As discussed and agreed with [redacted] attorney, Anthony Lipari & Associates is still owed adjusting fees. Upon payment of such fees for services rendered release will be issued.

Review: After experiencing a house fire on 1/**/15, Anthony Lipari became our public adjuster, and insisted that we use Platinum as our contractor. Subsequently, $299,652 was taken by the contractor, in which he states he is entitled to 70% of our benefit, which amounts to $265,000 of a $366,000 claim, leaving barely $100, 000, in order to rebuild our home. Our public adjuster refuses to intervene stating that this is a personality conflict between the homeowner and the contractor. We wrote a letter requesting to terminate our agreement, and they refused to comply. We obtained an attorney in regards to this matter, and they still refuse to comply. The insurance company will not communicate with us because we have a public adjuster on board, and the public adjuster will not give permission for the homeowners to communicate with the insurance company.Desired Settlement: Dissolution of the contract between the homeowners and Anthony Lipari, and Associates.
