I am getting billed for interest for insurance company non payment for dental service. Was verbaly confirmed by staff that was covered by insurance, insurace denys this and document state vendor did not respond to request for information. I previously asked for fax transmission number for [redacted] responce to information request. I paid my portion at time of service and need more info to determine what party is not in compliance.
