Review: I purchased a rug last April for $4000. I returned the rug in October and [redacted], gave me a refund in the form of a check for $4000 which bounced. In November and December he made 3 payments totalling $2100. Since then I have called almost every week to try to get the balance of the refund which is $1900.Desired Settlement: Refund of the rest of the balance which is $1900.
