Do not deal with these [redacted] We arrived in Amarillo, Tx after a mile motorcycle trip and just needed to eat and restIt sounded like a good idea that quickly went very badAfter being on hold for minutes to get an operator, I was the put on hold for another minutes wait in on "the kitchen"The it took my orderI then asked her for a total because their menu hinted at several "fees"She said just a minute and then the line went dead I stayed on the line for another minutes and finally hung up as the line was deadShe had said it would be 30-minutesAfter an hour I called to see what the problem was and again was put on hold for minutesWhen the kitchen finally came on the line she said because I hung up on HER, she didn't place my orderI gave them my contact number when I orderedIf there was a problem they could have called meI am an insulin dependent diabetic and because of their lies and incompetence I had a sugar crash
We called the Houston location and they told us our food would be minutesThey kept us waiting for over hours, constantly telling us the food was minutes awayTheir customer service was horrendous and their "operators" beyond rudeWhen the driver FINALLY showed up, he appeared completely out of it and incredibly stonedHe didn't even have our whole order, the food was disgusting and freezing, no napkins, no cutlery and didn't even care
Their customer service then put us on hold and just left us there!
I will be demanding a full refundIt's not the money, it's the principal of the matterBusinesses like this should not be able to run and rip off innocent people who are traveling and stuck in hotelsShame on you!

After being on hold for 10 minutes to get an operator, I was the put on hold for another 10 minutes wait in on "the kitchen". The it took my order. I then asked her for a total because their menu hinted at several "fees". She said just a minute and then the line went dead. I stayed on the line for another 4 minutes and finally hung up as the line was dead. She had said it would be 30-40 minutes. After an hour I called to see what the problem was and again was put on hold for 10 minutes. When the kitchen finally came on the line she said because I hung up on HER, she didn't place my order. I gave them my contact number when I ordered. If there was a problem they could have called me. I am an insulin dependent diabetic and because of their lies and incompetence I had a sugar crash.
