My husband and I were in Vegas recently and took part in the presentation of [redacted] travel to my understanding was previously managed by [redacted] travel. We had a TERRIBLE experience, were treated very rudely and at the end of all of that did not receive the promised gifts. We also did not like the property, it was very old and creepy. I hated this presentation, when they realized that we did not wish to participate no handshake, no "thank you", no NOTHING. A COMPLETE and TOTAL waste of time.
AWFUL do not do it and it is not worth the timeFirst of all we went because a gentleman said come on up it'll take minutes and you are out of there with free stuffWe said hey why nothours later and I walked out without their ***Not work the timeMy husband owns his own business and he HAS to take calls so he did get phone calls during the presentationHe was asked to not answer his phoneHe said NO, then he was asked why can't he not answer his phone because we will get yelled at not himHe told the lady have your boss talk to me if he has an issueThen we were told if we do the timeshare they would pay us back for our trip we had already booked worth $5,NO thank youMy husband said you know what we want the tickets and we want out of thereThe guy says well if tickets are all you want and not vacations you should be ashamed of yourselvesThe next guy that came up started in on the I am a church going man and saying scripturesSaying how we can leave this for our kids and grandkidsI don't want to leave them nothing right nowNor do we want to deal with ***I told my husband we are out of here they can keep their free stuff and we leftThe worst people ever

Yesterday my husband and I viewed your time share. During the experience we were not treated in a professional manner. Our agent [redacted] or [redacted] a short brown hair lady was very rude, and not professional at all. She disrespected my husband and I, and put off the tone that she was better than us. For timeshares to sell agents should be effective communicators, un bias, professional, and able to pick up on indicators if the client is interested or not. Also while looking at the RCI book she took it away from me before I could finish looking. This agent was more concerned about making a dollar than showing your business in a positive light. She was childish and made faces at me after I made a comment about us going to live in Hawaii for the Military. She thought it was not a good thing, because it would be for work. The sales manager that came over was negative as well when realizing we did not want the time share he did not shake our hands at the end and said he could not believe we would not get a package when he offered us a free trip to Hawaii. The last manager to visit our table tried to clean up the mess of your other two associates but by this time we would never consider buying time share here. The lady that helped us with our free gifts was not helpful on how to use the gifts and where we could use them. We did not get the gifts that we were promised for attending the tour as well. If your time share employees are bothered by people coming for tours of your time share and not buying then this really should not be the job for them, because it is only hurting your business.
