In response to the recent complaint that you have received; I have reviewed all of the documentation and correspondences between my employee Scott S*** and *** ***I have come to the conclusion that we have been more than fair to *** ***I also believe that some people tend to look for a
loop hole in order to get Something for nothingin this particular situation, there were many emails back and forth in reference to the chair rental and pricingAs well as pricing for many other items going as far back as March 9, I find it odd that after all of the pricing for many items that were needed for her event, the only thing that she is looking for now are the misquoted chairsMy Store Manager (Donna S***) was Contacted by the Father (*** ** ***) and she was kind enough to discuss this with him and come up with a nice gesture that included a 10% discountWe did not enter into a binding Contract with KateIf Kate would have placed the order, and put a deposit in back in March when the misquote occurred, I would have felt obligated to honor the priceThe misquote occurred through e-mail, but our prices are listed on our website for the public and are listed in all of Our pricing brochuresWe also reserve the right to change prices at any timein Our business, there is no Contract without a signature and a depositWe do not even understand why a complaint came from her Father when he had nothing to do with the Correspondences in the first placeAnthony Party Rentals has been in business and serving the community for over yearsWe love to make people happy And am saddened, that at this point there is nothing that I am going to be able to do in order to make this Customer happy and without ill feeling towards usSo I choose not to do business with themWe have great respect for the Revdex.com and wanted to address this matter quicklyPlease Contact meat any time ###-###-#### Ext 111.Sincerely,Anthony VC***, Jr.President
