I am responding to the complaint made by (*** ***) against the character of *** ***. First of all the complainant used a different name for the appointment
My name Is *** ***, I work next to ***, and have for several yearsI have done hair for yearsI have worked
in all facets of the business as well as ownership and managementI as well as *** are currently independent contractors,(renters) we basically operate indecent of Anthony's et al Salon and Day Spa
*** is in my opinion, one of the best hair dressers in the industryShe is *** trained, which will tell you that she knows how to cut hairShe is very professional and conducts herself in a very caring and focused mannerShe specializes in all color services as well as smoothing and straightening treatmentsIn my opinion she handles her clients , that consist of very detailed and concentrated servicesDue to their hair type needing a chemical change to the hair, to help the client achieve the texture or change that will make their lives easierShe is some one that is always focused on satisfying her customer
When the complainant, came to ***, she spent a lot of time consulting herUnfortunately she was not very helpful in their communication*** chose to be be very conservative with her color and her hair cut, because she did not know what she wanted*** spent way more time with her than a average appttime because she was being very difficult in making decisionsAgain, *** removed a minimal amount of hairThe work was beautiful, and by no means, was there any reason for her to be dissatisfiedThis was a very unusual client and *** worked especially hard to make her happyBottom line is I think that it is going to take more than a beautiful hair cut to accomplish thatIn my opinion *** does not owe this customer a refundAlso we always offer to the client to please let us know if something is not working concerning the style to come back and allow us the opportunity to adjust or change what would be necessary to take care of the problem

I am responding to a complaint that was made on August 21,from an *** ***I have never had a client by that name but there was a new client by the name of *** *** that came as a new client whom was referred to me by a long time client of mine*** had called me with the situation that is being claimed hereBefore we started I had consulted with her and had a very hard time getting her to communicate with meWe discussed prices before hand and she knew how much the services were going to beWhat I was able to get out of her is that she wanted to cover her grey and add hilitesAs far as her her haircut she said she was growing her hairShe came in with her hair up and not styled so before we did any cutting I wanted to blow her dry and see what her shape looked so I could see what we wanted to doWhich is something I do a lot especially with clients that have hair like ***With her being so indecisive about anything she wanted to do I was very conservative with her because she already had layering in her hairI took off enough to get the dead ends off and maintain a shape in order for her to growWhen we finished she was happy with everythingShe was asking if I thought she would look better with her hair shorter because she is thinning up top and very insecure with how thin her hair was through the top area at that point we went over were her layering was and that bringing her bottom length up would not make a differenceShe was happy with the work when she leftI was surprised to hear from her a week later complaining that I had done unsatisfactory workMy first priority with my clients and has been for the past years of being in this businessThis is the first time I have ever had a situation like thisI would have been more than happy to accommodate her with what she was having a problem with but she said she has already gone somewhere and had them cut it and she wanted me to refund her moneyI can not refund her without her making me aware of the situation and showing me proof that what she was saying true
