Anthony Vince Nail Spa Reviews (7)

We tried all attempts to make the customer happy. Unfortunately, highly pigmented and darker nail polishes are difficult to remove from the nail plate and skin around the nail. The technician used acetone... soaked cotton balls to try remove the color. He also placed the soaked cotton balls directly on the nail plate and left there to try to dissolve the color. Neither method fully removed the color. We suggested to lightly buff the nail plate with a low grit buffer; however the customer refused. Buffing the nail plate is a standard, customary procedure to remove stubborn color. We feel the customer impeded our attempts to remove the color satisfactory. The pedicure cost was $25.00 and we did give her a $5.00 discount for her dissatisfaction of the color.

The fact that an attempt to resolve poor customer service with a partial monetary refund doesn't remedy the rude and unacceptable behavior of employees This fact, coupled with having to go to another facility, pay for an unfinished service, leave a poor taste in my mouthIf this is the method of operation for this business I have serious doubts it will have any longevity That's all

This is a clear example of their word against the customer and quite frankly, placing that aside, I rather not spend my well earned monies on a business that offers such shabby serviceThis is the opinion of a woman who's not new to pedicures Oh well

Hi [redacted]I'm so sorry about your experience at our salon. The manager should not have charged you for the services and I apologize. I will refund you in full. Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: AnthonyVince Nail Spa at [redacted] has an employee who refused to provide proper&complete service. Spoke with [redacted] who refused to rectify issue.

I had an very unpleasant experience at AnthonyVince Nail Spa at [redacted]. An employee named [redacted] was rude, critical and lazy. He left blue polish on the rims of several of my toes and wanted to proceed with placing pink polish on them. When I brought this to his attention, he said the blue polish was impossible to remove because it had adhered itself to my skin and toenails. I said that was impossible and insisted he remove the remaining blue polish prior to placing the pink. He refused. I ended up walking out in middle of procedure. I asked to speak with a [redacted] and although the [redacted] saw the blue spots he insisted I pay full price. I said it was shabby service. The [redacted] offered me $5.00 off instead of rectifying the poor service. Due to my profession I could not walk out of the establishment and paid for unfinished, poor service and insulting comments about my polish being on my toes for two months. I am upset and would like a refund of $30.00.Desired Settlement: I want $20.00 refund, minus $10.00 for a massage. I had to go to another facility, who finished the pedicure and polished my toes pink.
