This is a very unfortunate issue and I want to try to make right in the customers eye When I look at the original purchase, the customer bought an camera package This package is marketed online as a Supercircuits Megapixel 8-Camera IR HD-TVI Outdoor Security Camera System with 8-Channel DVR https://www.supercircuits.com/8-camera-ir-hd-tvi-system-wl-h8821dx No where does this system talk about it being a PTZ or Pan Tilt Zoom camera system Those cameras generally cost $500-$per camera and would like to understand what brought him to this thought Would like to insure we do not have any confusion in the future around this package and how it is advertisedNext, when he ordered this system for $680.29; Fed Ex Shipping was $ If something is faulty we do send the customer a call tag, to send it back for free It looks like he bought an camera fixed(non PTZ) package Then it did not meet his PTZ requirements and he returned the system I am confused on why he had to pay $to return it from Fed Ex, when they charged us $to ship it to him From our standpoint we did refund him 100% of the products price Below is the warranty policy that speaks to customers paying to return gear that they do not want.https://www.supercircuits.com/support/warranty-and-returns Since we have already refunded him 100% of his products purchase, it is hard for me to refund him more than he spent with us Would be willing to try to help, by giving him an extra discount of $off on any new purchase to help solve his heartburn Also, we have a couple of PTZ options that are on sale starting at $each, if that is the need We could reduce the cost of that camera and help him solve his PTZ requirement Regards, RT

I am rejecting this response because:As explained over the phone, I only accept your proposal when I see the real proof of the 100% refund of my monies credited back to my credit card. I do not accept lip service, as we discussed over the phone, I have already received to much lip service from your firm to date.Two items you promised as follows;100% Full refund of my monies, no partials acceptedYou were going to send me an email confirming this with your name and a direct toll free phone number to you, this has not happened, remember the point I made, "COMMUNICATION"

We spoke to *** *** in detail about his struggles with the system He explained some of his heartburns with tech support and we worked out all of his issues listed Per Bill, he is completely satisfied with what have done for him Please reach out to him to confirm he

I am rejecting this response because:The monies still has not been refunded to my credit card account.I have received emails and a phone call saying the monies have been refundedIt has now been about weeks now and I find it hard to believe that in this age that monies take this long to be transferred. I'm not only receiving lip service but now receiving phony email service

We have already refunded his full amount I have emailed him not only screen shots with transaction id info, but copies of the invoice showing the refund Merchant services may take a day or two for refund to reflect on his side, but that is related to the contract his bank has with merchant services We have already sent the money out from our account to *** *** Attached is everything I sent him to confirm he overly knows we have done everything we can to satisfy him

Originally his card had an expired expiration date. I had to email him to get a valid card info and he responded on 4.9.18. we refunded the card with the new expiration date. The refund was done immediately on our side, but can take 3-business days for the merchant services to move the money back to his bank. My guess was he would see the refund starting on Friday; three business days from when we released the money out of our bank. I emailed him Friday and he stated it has not arrived. I then emailed him again this morning. My ask is for him to check his bank. If it is not there, for him to be willing to get on the phone with my accounting dept and his bank. We have refunded 100% of his money and just need him to help us verify it made it to his account. Regards, **
