I am not dishonest, I kept in touch with you to keep you informed regularly I have a contract with you that says there is a one year warranty and I stand by that , but in only days after we had talked you told me you didn't want me one your propertyI apologized numerous times After your job I was on other work and I can't leave in the middle of a project and also we were waiting for your driveway to dry from the rainI'm sure that any contractor will tell you that it's impossible to fix when it's wet The arena that you said was destroyed was what your husband had asked to be done When we were taking a break he had also gotten on the equipment and dug some of that himselfI'm very sorry that you are not satisfied with your jobI have told you I would fix it I am surprised that after only a month you decided to have it redoneAlthough these are very untrue statements you are making against my companyYou can look on my home advisor reviews and read many good reviewsI would appreciate that you would try and understand that all the factors

I am rejecting this response because:I have made multiple attempts to have *** come out and repair the work he did and to make things right. At no time has the work he has done been right. He makes excuses that he is busy and cant come out and repair what he needs to do or is out of town with a family event. I also have text messages to prove this. The only time he agreed to come out and redo the driveway was when I asked for my money back. This was a coupe of months after we asked him to come back out and fix the driveway multiple times. That is what he does. He sends a message saying he will redo the driveway, fix what is wrong and "hasn't forgotten about you" but still never comes out to do the work. It does us absolutely no good to have someone saying they will come out and fix something and then never do it! I don't care what his text messages say he didn't come out and do the work! He did do extra work here. He destroyed my arena! I didn't include this in the complaint because I didn't ask him to do this. He volunteered to "drag" my arena and I declined that then and then while I am at work and he is at my home he removed my entire surface of my arena and destroyed it! That will cost me about dollars to repair. The only reason I am not asking for repairs for that was its not something I contracted him to do. He had no idea what he was doing there and shouldn't have done anything to my arena! That did not help me at all! I am offended that he would even try and say he did me a favor or extra work for me! That is ridiculous! The bottom line is he did work that was poor. He made conditions worse than before he got here. He makes promises to fix and redo them and never shows up so his text messages are not worth anything at all! If he had showed up and fixed things after he sent that text than that would have been great but he doesn't show up! He made promises about what he was going to do as far as a smooth isle way in my barn and that it was going to be raised and he didn't do that. He didn't do what was asked of him and he has refused to return and fix it. I paid him in good faith to do what I asked and he didn't do it. I have since had another contractor come out and fix my barn isle way and he did it correctly the first time and also told me that the work done by *** is cheaply done to same him money. That is why I want my money back. He doesn't do the job right and doesn't ever return to fix what he does wrong.
