I am rejecting this response because:I'm withdrawing my offerYou have had plenty of time to send a check and as of today I have received nothingYou agreed to this back on 6/and it's been almost a monthPayment in full of $or you can deal with having this complaint on your businesss for yearsI'm done

I am rejecting this response because: it is clear and evident that MrL*** does accept any responsibility for his actionsHis explaination as to what actually happen are inconsistent as to what actually occurredHe has no clue how to run a business or stand behind his workmanship and manage his employeesHe acted put out when I held him to his word and wanted the work completed properly before he was paid in fullHe hounded me to make the final payment and against my better judgment I paid him in full before the work was complete trusting him to do so in a timely matterMrL*** was only yelled at after my friend tried to make him understand how upsetting ruining my brand new carpet and the numerous mistakes he made on the projectIt all fell on deaf ears! There were countless excuses as to why he couldn't get things done timely, examples: someone stole his car, his paint sprayer was stolen from another job site or there was another customer that took higher priority than meI have spent far too much time on what has been a very unpleasant experienceWhatever "free" stuff he is talking about does not even come to the value of my carpetThe defining moment in all of this is the audacity MrL*** had in asking me not once, not twice but three times for a review and then offered to write it for me How professional At this point I'm just trying to get the word out about MrL*** and hopefully save someone from doing business with him

I acknowledge the problems that ** * is bringing up and have made great efforts to correct these issuesI am not sure why she thinks that I mistreated her when I believe its the complete oppositeMost of the problems were minor fixes even the paint stains were very small and easily fixableI
didn't know the paint was on the carpet until a couple days after the fact I own a carpet cleaning business and I understand the process of removing paint from carpet and it's not usually a problem removing latex paint from carpet but in this case it was difficult** * did give me an opportunity to try to remove it and I cleaned the entire condo free of charge to help make amendsI understand that she wanted to get a quote for replacement but she did not give me any more opportunity to fix the problem she just ordered me to give her $The carpet that she has is the easiest berber carpet to patch and would not be noticeable, we've done this at several residences She only wanted to replacing everything ** * also fails to mention that we helped her with a number of issues free of charge; for example when she locked herself out of the home and I dropped everything to come help her As for the smoke detectors she told me we were replacing them so that's why they were not covered but I ended up replacing all of them which cost $ I did ask her for review a few times but it was taken out of context that I said I would write it for her I am sure she knew I was joking I would never actually write my customer's reviews After all of this her friend screamed at us and was beyond extremely rude, calling us names and swearing at us which almost made me walk off the job entirely We did not treat her like that and didn't deserve to be screamed at when we were there to fix problemsI apologized profusely to her about all the problems I am extremely proud of my work and my jobs don't usually run like this I feel the truth lies in the middle here and there's no reason she had to completely cut me off and refuse to let me try to resolve any outstanding problems

I set up the check to be sent through bill pay from my checking account back on 7/1/Here's the proofIf you havent got it yet it isn't my fault you should get it today
