I am rejecting this response because: The company responded with a step they are taking to resolution. However, the complaint will not be resolved until I have received and successfully deposited the full refund check. I am aware that there have been issues with the company providing a refund check to another customer and there were not sufficient funds for the check to clear. It that took several attempts before the funds became available and it could be cashed. *** ***

On 8/we were told they would come on 8/& 8/On 8/we were told they would be here on 8/On 8/they asked for our addressand said they would be out on 8/On 8/they said they would be here at 11am They didn't show up on any of those days, and from 8/to 8/were consecutive days without rainNow today 8/they texted saying they would call us back at noon, 7pm as I'm writing no callThis response of our work being scheduled for the 'week of 8/14' is utter nonsenseThis is the same run around we have been getting for monthsWe paid and full at the start and there has been ZERO effort on the part of this business to complete our projectThey have violated our contract, and Virginia Contractor administrative code on numerous countsI want my money back in full, today.
