First of all I have not made any statements about this companyI explained what happened with the letters that we were supposedly mailed at the beginning of Everything I said about the way I was treated is the truth and they did refuse to provide proof of my debt until I filed a claim with this organizationI have received proof of the debt from this law firmHowever, they have not provided me with any information about the unusual practice of adding a monthly interest rate of 6% being stopped or reversedThe proof they sent me states that they are not licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma, which is the state I reside inI have talked with an attorney here that told me it is highly unusual for a collection attorney to add a monthly occurring interst rate on medical debts in our stateIt is a law but rarely usedThey have not explained to my why they are discriminating against me for being poor or what their intent is regarding the interest monthly rateI want to know whether they are stopping the interest monthly rateI also want to know why I am being singled out and discrimated againstI refused to start making restitution because they were refusing to provide proof of my debt when I spoke with them, for the first time, approxweeks agoI feel that they have only half way responded to my claim and that they only sent me proof of my debt because of this claim and it being public record nowI appreciate that they have provided proof but they still need to take care of the interest rateNeither this firm or the collection agency, Revdex.com, are responding to the unfairness and discrimination of this interest rateIf I hired an attorney it would be correctedI feel they should do the correct thing and take care of itA business should not do the correct thing only when the client has the money to hire an attorney to make them do the correct practice, it should be done with all clients
