*** *** states he "disagree with all that was represented" I am rejecting this response because that is BOGUS.The FAKE Stamps are not MY OPINION/Representation rather they are the COMMITTEES OF STAMP EXPERTS OPINION from the *** *** (A non profit established in 1880's with the highest degree of expertise in the industry). See attached PDF scans.I also REJECT this response on the basis of Marc tried to contact me several times by phone. I have no record of this at all. Also I filed a *** claim HE NEVER RESPONDED TO (Dec 21) that he AUTOMATICALLY LOST as he did not want to address this CLUSTER with *** as they would have made him answer to his programmatic SCAM. The $7,is a small fraction of my losses and I'm seeking 95% refund (Counterfeit sample rate) of the $19,stolen from me. Marc has never made a "money back" offer on ANYTHING to date. His response the first time I have ever heard this! In fact Marc G*** tried to file a "counter claim" on *** after every the dispute was settled in my favor. *** shut this down as it was part of his playbook in his multi year scamming.If *** wanted his stamps back why did he not contact ***? Because *** would see it for what it is, a scam.Selling 95% FAKE stamps (not my opinion but the expert committee's opinion) is not an "honest mistake" rather it is a program to deceive and steal.I offered Mr *** a settlement amount of $10,on the approximately $19,I sent in at is eBay store and we both walk away. He rejected it! I have now successful recovered $7,and seek the additional $in damages for this complaint to be resolved in my view.Thank you for reviewing your help in this ugly matter. ***
