Wow, this straight-forward, legitimate company solved my credit card processing issues lickity-split! I just want to give a big Thank You to Bryce and the guys at Capital PaymentsHe has not only provided excellent customer service but also has been more honest and helpful then any other company I have worked with in the past in the credit card processing industrySince starting my business I have had multiple companies call me (several a week in fact) and all of them typically say and promise the same thingsThen once they have convinced you to send them one of your monthly breakdowns, they show you what looks like to be an amazing savings if you were to switch over to their companyHowever, Bryce was the complete oppositeHe was extremely polite and helpfulHe was understanding of my time and even called me after hours on a couple different occasions on his free time because that's when it was most convenient for me to talkHe did ask to see a merchant statement but that was after a couple calls and he even encouraged me to black out my rates and fees, that way I knew he would be providing me with an honest quoteIt was a breath of fresh air compared to all the other calls I have received in the past, so I gave him a chanceI must say after a lot of trial and error and being stuck in a few nightmare situations with unethical and rude companies I had almost given up hope that I would ever find a good and honest credit card processing company to work withThat was until I discovered Bryce and Capital PaymentsI had heard a couple other local companies talk about them and their outstanding service but I was still skeptical given my past experiencesBryce has been nothing but patient with me every step of the wayHe helped me truly understand my merchant statement and how to read itHe took his time with me and never once was pushy or rudeI was even pretty rude to him going into it, I believe one of the first things I said to him was "every company like yours are liarsSo whats your pitch?"Surprisingly he chuckled and agreed with me but asked that I keep an open mind because his company did things differentlyAfter several phone calls I must say that he was in fact right and I am extremely impressed with not only his professionalism and his knowledge of his industry but also with how understanding he was with my time and his willingness to work around my schedule even though it was not always during his business hoursI do not usually go out of my way to write reviews about other companies because having a family and running a business was a 24/full time job but I recently needed his assistance again because I was selling my restaurant and I was not sure how to transfer everything over to the new owners nameHe filled out all of the forms I needed to have them sign and completed the transfer seamlessly for meI did not get billed for any cancellation fees nor did he charge me for his time to help me fill out all of the appropriate documents and submit themBryce really has made an impression on me and even though I wont be needing a credit card processing company again (Retirement hee hee) I am thankful for him and the rest of the guys at Capital Payments for making my final company be the bestIf you are in the market for a new credit card processing company, and a HONEST one then I would look no further or waste time calling anyone else other then Bryce and the guys at Capital Payments! Deciding on what merchant service to use for your small business is a difficult task to say the least Many of the representatives for merchant service companies speak to you using their incomprehensible industry jargon, they're pushy, and impatient; however, Bryce V*** with Capital Payments Inc was none of theseBryce and his team were very helpful and showed us exactly how to read a merchant service and all of the codesWe switched our business to Capital Payments and so far all is good!
