Anthony's Plumbing is a very professional business They schedule appointments in a reasonable amount of time Their technicians are knowledgeable and take time to explain your choices of plumbing The office staff is pleasant and answers questions to the best of their ability I've used this business several times Right now I'm working with Mark Johnstone on a large job He has been super about explaining the progress of the job, working with my contractor and keeping my tenants informed I will continue to use this business

I had some work done on Feb15, The work was done well, however, I had a question on one item on the invoice, which I received via e-mail after the tech had left I called the office twice and was told someone would get back to me, no one ever did I then wrote them a letter and mailed it via the post office To date, I have not received a response for what I believe is a great over-charge for one item on the invoice

Anthony's was paid by the home warrantee company to unclog a shower They came did the work and the same problem occurred that night They came back out the next day After walking around the house said they needed $to go on the roof and try to fix the problem

A few weeks ago I had a plumbing problem, in the Master Bathroom Wanted my hot water heater checked too Called and received excellent service! A wax seal needed to be replaced as well as a root problem creating a blockage Courteous, explained in detail, no up-sell, prompt fix of my problems Fast forward to today All is right, the fix is intact, no leaks, just the way it should be! I have been using Anthony's since 2006....service is great then....great now!
