We have received the complaint.   I am attaching copies of the  contracts signed by the President of Lion Button.  The first is signed on 1/2013 and the second signed on 7/2013.   Under the section "agreement" on page two of both agreements it clearly states that the contract is...

"subject to and controlled by SCC's LLC business federal and state trariffs, as applicable, and/or by SCC,LCC standard terms and conditions of services on file at SCC, LLC Business".   Lion Button resigned the second contract for 60 months to lower their service rates.   The 60 month term allows the customer the best and lowest rates possible.  SCC is under those terms to our business partners for that service.   The standard terms and conditions state the penalty and are available on our website at [redacted]
