I am rejecting this response because: The company responded with a step they are taking to resolution.  However, the complaint will not be resolved until I have received and successfully deposited the full refund check.  I am aware that there have been issues with the company providing a refund check to another customer and there were not sufficient funds for the check to clear.  It that took several attempts before the funds became available and it could be cashed. [redacted]

On 8/1 we were told they would come on 8/3 & 8/4. On 8/4 we were told they would be here on 8/5. On 8/5 they asked for our address... and said they would be out on 8/6. On 8/6 they said they would be here at 11am.  They didn't show up on any of those days, and from 8/3 to 8/6 were 4 consecutive days without rain. Now today 8/7 they texted saying they would call us back at noon, 7pm as I'm writing no call. This response of our work being scheduled for the 'week of 8/14' is utter nonsense. This is the same run around we have been getting for 3 months. We paid and full at the start and there has been ZERO effort on the part of this business to complete our project. They have violated our contract, and Virginia Contractor administrative code on numerous counts. I want my money back in full, today.

Anthony's Construction has not completed my patio as specified by the contract. He failed to properly power wash the patio which resulted in a distinct difference in coloring. Mr S[redacted] promised to correct the issue or refund my money in ful . He has not done either.
