collection agency, and my office to help the claimant resolve the issue no resolution attempts have been made or followed through on. Claimant has many false representations and accusations in this complaint.
The complaint was responded to 12/16/15 or there about by Business Revenue Systems. The documentation to validate the debt was delivered to my office 12/15/15 which will be mailed out to the claimant today.
We consider this matter validated by law through the FDCPA, and the FCRA and respectfully request the complainant follow through with their statement and promise of resolution.

First of all I have not made any false statements about this company. I explained what happened with the letters that we were supposedly mailed at the beginning of 2015. Everything I said about the way I was treated is the truth and they did refuse to provide proof of my debt until I filed a claim with this organization. I have received proof of the debt from this law firm. However, they have not provided me with any information about the unusual practice of adding a monthly interest rate of 6% being stopped or reversed. The proof they sent me states that they are not licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma, which is the state I reside in. I have talked with an attorney here that told me it is highly unusual for a collection attorney to add a monthly occurring interst rate on medical debts in our state. It is a law but rarely used. They have not explained to my why they are discriminating against me for being poor or what their intent is regarding the interest monthly rate. I want to know whether they are stopping the interest monthly rate. I also want to know why I am being singled out and discrimated against. I refused to start making restitution because they were refusing to provide proof of my debt when I spoke with them, for the first time, approx. 4 weeks ago. I feel that they have only half way responded to my claim and that they only sent me proof of my debt because of this claim and it being public record now. I appreciate that they have provided proof but they still need to take care of the interest rate. Neither this firm or the collection agency, Revdex.com, are responding to the unfairness and discrimination of this interest rate. If I hired an attorney it would be corrected. I feel they should do the correct thing and take care of it. A business should not do the correct thing only when the client has the money to hire an attorney to make them do the correct practice, it should be done with all clients.
Every guest that checks into the hotel is given a copy of the attached document. If personnel items are not disposed of in the proper container housekeeping is only authorized to dispose of items left in the trash bin not scattered throughout the room.
