In response to the updated complaint of [redacted] again we disagree with all that was represented.  His response “this is bogus” is not an argument.The claim of fakes is in dispute.  He claims he purchased 95% fakes based upon 19 stamps sent to the PF in which he claims 18 out of 19 were “Fake” or “Misrepresented” which is what he has posted on public chat boards.  We can provide records Mr. [redacted] Purchased 667 stamps from Anthony’s, and has a problem with 18 as he claims, hardly 95%.We do have a money back guarantee on all of our listings, and allow for extensions for collectors to certify stamps, and off full refunds if mis-described.      I have tried to contact him in writing though documented emails and many invitations to talk, we also have phone records of numerous phone calls made to resolve this matter, never answered, never returned.  In fact why not call him now and my office on conference at ###-###-#### and we can talk.He will not get on the phone, because he is coward and a thief, thinks he has an advantage right now, and just want to use places like chat boards and you to hide.We have never been presented with the 18 stamps, or asked for a refund for the 18 stamps, in fact it is in writing as submitted to you that he wants to keep the stamps and get a refund, not only against the policy of [redacted], this represents theft and is in fact a crime and will be pursued though criminal or civil channels. He received more than a $7,000 refund from [redacted] and did not send any of material back which included stamps not under dispute.  The [redacted] disputes were lost due to a technical error with our email, we were unaware of them until the funds were removed, and thus under [redacted] policy if you do not answer you automatically lose.  We contacted [redacted] and they agreed with us that he was in violation of their user agreement and have contacted him asking him to return the stamps.  There is records of this and I can support any of this in writing form [redacted].    Furthermore the items that were disputed were not the only or all of the 18 stamps he had some problem with but dozens and dozens of others tamps as well were stolen. Thank you,
