I am rejecting this response because: MsOh statements are FALSE She said I have never mentioned about hyper-pigmentation but I do have proofs that state otherwise If Revdex.com or any other independent 3rd party would further investigate this matter, I am happy to provide my medical records from different dermatologists, e-mails, and text messages that states the fact

[redacted] provided an absolutely false statement to Revdex.com.1. [redacted] NEVER presented herself into my office and followed up with me of her current condition of her arms after two chemical peels. I haven't seen her arms as of yet after the two chemical peels. Who in right mind will keep handing out the money to someone who had never showed me the current condition of her arms.
2. First of all, the sun/age spot laser treatment is a painful procedure. In despite of painful procedure, why did she stay very calm until I finished the first arm and THEN allowed me to finish her second arm? Why didn't she stop me immediately? Because she agreed on getting the sun/age spot laser removal as complimentary from me. There is no way I treated my client harshly by pulling her arms from her body and started treating the sun/age spot laser removal. If I treated her arms without her consent, why didn't stop me or pull her arms away from me? Why didn't she question me about the treatment on her arms? Because she wanted to remove all the sun/age spots located on both arms for FREE.
3. Please read the sun spot removal consent form she signed and acknowledged all the contraindications. It clearly stated that it can cause hypo and hyper-pigmentation from the laser treatment.
4. After the laser sun/age spot removal treatment from me and two chemical peels from her doctor, her arms became a lot clearer, one even tone, and a lot less aged lookin condition based on the picture she had sent over to me via email.
5. [redacted] has to request a picture from her doctor before the two chemical peels, and a picture after the two chemical peels. Those pictures must come straight from her doctor with her doctor's signature incorporated.
6. She had never mentioned about the hyper-pigmentation. Mentioned only hypo-pigmentation. And I saw only hypo-pig on her arms

[redacted] had provided a false statement to Revdex.com.[redacted] came to Anti Aging Laser Spa for her face's sun/age spot removal treatment on September 23, 2013. After completing the treatment on her face, I noticed that she had a lot of sun/age spots on her both arms. As a complimentary, I asked...

her if she wanted some of dark and big spots to be removed at no charges. If she wanted them to be treated,  then I told her that I can remove some big spots at NO CHARGES She agreed on it. According to her statement, if I started treating her arms without her permission, why didn't she stop me or question me about the treatment on her arms. And also why did she stretch out her arms to me so that I can proceed the treatment? Of course, she gave me a permission to remove sun/age spots because she knew the service was FREE.
Both her arms were in a sun-damaged and aged condition. Both arms looked tanned and covered with sun/age spots. After the treatment, the treated areas were in lighter colors than the surrounding areas. There was a different color contrast between the treated and non-treated areas. Because the surrounding areas (non-treated areas) presented with a bad sun-damaged and tanned condition.
As a courtesy, I kindly offered her that I would pay the expenses for her to purchase the bleaching cream, cosmetic cream and chemical peels from her dermatologist.
After the first and second chemical peels, I asked her a numerous times to come into my office for the follow-ups. I had to update the most current condition of her arms in after the two chemical peels. And also for the legal purpose, I specifically asked her to come into to my office so I can document and take the pictures of her arms. But in despite of a numerous requests, she never came in the office for any follow-ups. Instead she forwarded me the pictures of both arms via email.
Since the pictures were in digital images, I was able to magnify (enlarge) the pictures so I Carl inspect her arms very closely. I enlarged the pictures into 200x to get a better look. According to the pictures she had sent me, her arms looked so much better than beforeshe walked into my spa. I was able to find one spot that was still remained in hypopigmentation from her pictures.After the sun/age spots removal treatment from me, the bleaching cream and two chemical peels for her dermatologist, her arms looked a lot newer and clearer than her original sun-damaged and aged skin.
And I wasn't able to determine from those pictures that whether those pictures are from the first or second chemical peels. Based on the pictures, she had more of her original Sun/age spots than hypo-pigmentations.
After the second chemical peels, I emailed her that I am willing to pay for the only remaining hypo-pigmentations, not her entire both arms. I am not entitled and obligated to pay for both entire arms to make them into flawless condition.
Lastly, she signed the consent form and acknowledged the contraindications which laser treatments can cause hypo/hyper-pigmentation, burn and bruises.
Based on the pictures she had sent to me, I made a fair judgment that I offered her generous contributions towards to her chemical peels and other cosmetic purchases.
