At [redacted] resort, the host who took my bed, from the Caribbean, asked for money to all surfers, seems like the of West Africa scam this individual describes.Those as this individual who use insults on psychiatry when they have no point indeed are those to diagnose !I am a mathematician and this individual is the one irrational.It was a hassle to obtain a minimum refund and I deny to have agreed that this is enough, there is no contract valid due to delusive sell methods.Indeed it is this individual the crazy to rather lose more money on authentic reviews online, not from I only, others sent low rate reviews, which show how untrustworthy he is, than send due full refund after issues he created, it is him who needs money, is driven by it, not I.A Hanalei surf business owner in Kauai who worked at [redacted] when he learnt this individual tried to sell his [redacted] stake let know online that this individual is driven by money only, hence his delusive methods[redacted]

Read the complaint, it makes no sense and is not accurate at allI could forward you a dozen threatening e-mails [redacted] has sent trying to extort money from usWhen does it end? When do you stop people from tarnishing good businesses names in smear campaigns? Wow, one step forward and two steps back. Here is my “rebuttal”below:
The five basic tenets of the Revdex.com Business Partner Code of Conduct include:
Start with Trust
Maintain Legal and Regulatory Compliance

In terms of dealing with this guest and incorporating these five  items we have exceeded expectations on every level to help find an amicable solution. We have outlined a basic history of dealing with this person below. While we agree that it is necessary to protect the consumer  the Revdex.com should also have protection in place to protect the small business owner who relies heavily on maintaining a stellar reputation and has zero negative history, in 15 years of doing business, of any alleged wrongdoing. The system at the Revdex.com to accept complaints like we have been accused of from random people around the world does not feel like it safeguards anyone and in fact opens the door for extortion and harassment; the exact situation we are dealing with here. The Revdex.com seems to encourage conflict instead of attempting to resolve differences with this perplexing system of back and forth complaints and rebuttal, at what point does it end?

Review: This surf tour operator sold 10 day stay at a resort with same owner, [redacted] resort [redacted].comAt time to book, I insisted on number of individuals to share room with, seller said only 1 to share room for 5 days then no one, for latest time discounted $ 2600 rate with boat transfers, food, surfboard rent, wire sent to his surf travel business .At time I left for airport, seller sent email notice then not read, when read later it was too late to cancel, to tell "there is another individual to share room with", 2 individuals in room, deceptive, as he must had known this before, as I booked at latest time and arrived later than anyone else before the boat to reach resort

.I entered room with 2 adult beds taken, only small bed in confined area left, at this would be "luxury" resort, with "restaurant" room a "do it all" facility with fans and no A/C wheras 2 A/C blocks in each room, no evidence of advertised tsunami protection, room for meet activities.I asked to leave, resort found a boat to leave after 3 days, I asked maximum refund not to escalate, seller blamed I whereas it is him who is responsible of the result of his deceptive sell methods, he sent $ 1400 refund, for which I said I'd leave it there, yet with $ 1200 lost, to add near 2000 lost in airline tickets and other.1 year after this incident of last year, bewildered to find seller [redacted] of other resort [redacted], of which one shareholder had first created [redacted] resort, to confirm [redacted]" has warned all other resorts in the area not to welcome I out of "behavior."

Which implies malevolent publicity. Then I am not bound anymore with the no escalation deal, I file here. If no refund in the end, at least who is interested to check seller businessses should see Revdex.com files as to deceptive sell practices. The seller tries to sell his share at his resort, another hint at the deception of this much over-hyped destination which many business shareholders try to withdraw at earliest before the crash.Desired Settlement: $ 1200 refund
