written complaint. If fact, it was quite the opposite. This customer arrived alone, ordered beer, and requested beer that we do not offer. Customer didn’t want to pay for the beer when ordering.We offer a pay at the counter system (we do not have a wait staff)Credit cards that decline are not the fault of the merchant - (contrary to the belief of many).During her lunch she is clearly seen eating the pizza she ordered – no mention of the small thin crust Mediterranean being undercooked (would / could have resolved that immediately). She is even consuming the pizza at the counter while asking for a small to go box. See photo of video enclosed. No mention of any issues.The pizza was ordered separately – prepared and delivered accordingly – yet my staff was called stupid & it.Total bill was $15.19 trans [redacted] @1224 It will always be our goal to satisfy each customer. We would move heaven & earth for a reasonable customer. However, is not ok to be rude, irate and disrespectful to the staff that is trying so hard to please you. The name calling of my staff, repeated aggressive comments towards them, and just willful disrespect towards everyone working at the restaurant are not welcome here. Offering any type of compensation would serve only to encourage future false complaints.
