[redacted] was hired to extend my driveway, including framing the extension, pouring concrete, and including the appropriate drainage to allow water in the backyard to drain out to the street.
When workers came out to the house they asked us for money to pay for the concrete - despite having already paid [redacted] 50% upfront with the rest due upon completion. [redacted] was 'unexpectedly unavailable' (a theme that is recurrent throughout our dealings with him) and he asked us to pay the workers and would put toward our amount owed (shame on us for listening to him). When the work was completed we noticed the drainage was not added to the extension and whenever it rained we would have a severely flooded back yard.
After making approximately 2 attempts to have him come out to fix the problem, each time he would either cancel or just not show up. We finally had to file a complaint with the [redacted].
He does poor work, is unreliable, dishonest... and needless to say very unethical.
