[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is what it is
As I stated to Hugh during our emails, I still feel like we did not get the services that we were promisedWe have only agreed to accept what was offered as we honestly have no other options and we feel it is the least they can doIt isn't an option for us to recreate our wedding day to get the appropriate photos or to get photos that look like they were taken by a professional photographerWe have only agreed to what was offered because we feel we deserve something in return for the amount of disappointment and mental anguish this has caused usTo pay almost $and to have to have a formal picture of the bride and groom "created" because one wasn't taken is completely unacceptable of a wedding photographerNearly every posed photo of the bride and groom and the family photos requires some sort of editingI would never hire a photographer who couldn't even take the requisite photos and provide a quality finished productHad we known this was going to happen I would have never chosen this photographerI wouldn't even have paid $for her to shoot my weddingI have pictures that others took during the reception, wedding etc where she isn't even taking photosShe's just standing there with her camera to her side.Regards, *** And *** ***

Revdex.com:I am sorry to hear *** *** disagrees with our timeline of events Our approximate delivery of the first online edit is 16-weeks The first edit was posted weeks after her notes were submitted on August 11th The timeline is an approximate range The first edited video has been online since January and regardless of inquiries, she attempted to approve the edit months after if first appeared online. The edited discs will be leaving our production studio this week She should have her final product by this weekend. We apologize for any misunderstanding We do not offer a cash refund for services provided.Sincerely,Hugh AR***Vice President of Production

Dear Revdex.com:We're sorry for the confusion regarding this contract.  Our Wedding Advisor mistakenly marked their event as postponed rather than canceled.  It remained on our books and auto prompted her to submit her second deposit.  We canceled the contract and will not require any...

additional funds from out client.I reached out to her yesterday and offered our apologies from both Denise and myself. At you service,Hugh R[redacted]Vice President The Pros

To Whom It May Concern:Our customer contacted us on Tuesday, August 23rd with her concerns regarding the photography shot for her wedding.  While working through her complaint we emailed her on Monday morning and offered additional services to make up for her concerns.  To our surprise, we...

received this Revdex.com complaint via email later that afternoon.  We aren't sure why our client chose to include the Revdex.com in the midst of resolving this complaint.Regardless, we resolved by offering an complimentary album and additional prints.  To the best of my knowledge, my customer is satisfied with this resolve.   We feel the Revdex.com was involved in this complaint unnecessarily.Hugh R[redacted]Vice PresidentHugh,We have discussed the options and we both agree that "recreating" the photo is out of the question, between work and school schedules, costs involved (more than $450 - between, tux, chapel, hair, etc - not including time missed from work), and especially the lack of the emotions of the day itself, it just is not a feasible option. We would like to accept the offers of the 10 X 10 album and 40 photos edited for free. We would like to clarify that any photos that are edited should be sent to us by DVD after they are edited. We would like to know how photos are picked for the album, who decides layout, etc. Is there a picture of the album online to see?We would also like to see what the "created" picture of the bride and groom would look like. There are a few pictures in which my dress is displayed nicely in some of the group shots that could be used. While we have agreed to the above, please understand that we still feel that we are the ones making the sacrifice here and we do feel that we did not get what we paid for. All of you have agreed that there were missed photos, the bride and groom shots especially. It has been noted by each of you that there weren't as many bride and groom photos as there should have been and that the photographer was definitely lacking. We definitely feel that all photo packages should include retouched or edited photos and it should state that on the website. We also feel that it would be optimal if your photographers could actually meet with potential clients prior to being booked and definitely before the day of the wedding to make sure that all photography desires are conveyed properly and to make sure that there is a connection between your client and the photographer. A phone call is not enough to establish rapport.[redacted] & [redacted]

Revdex.com:I am a bit confused as to the reason our customer is rejecting our response.  Her desired result is for us to create and deliver her album and edit her video.  Her album is submitted and will be designed and created and then presented to her for approve online before it is printed.  The process can take 10-12 weeks.  The video will be edited over the same time span.  We will make every effort to move the process alone.  I reached out to our client today in an attempt to make sure we are all on the same page.  After a few minutes she decided she did not have the time to speak with me.  However she did threaten to continue corresponding with the Revdex.com until her album is finished.  We look forward to creating a beautiful wedding album and edited video. At your service, Hugh R[redacted]Vice President

Revdex.com:We are sorry to hear of [redacted]'s disappointment with the length of time it has taken to deliver her DVD.  We include two ways to deliver the final edited video.  First is online and then DVD.  This footage has been edited and online for our customer to...

watch and enjoy since January of 2015.  We haven't delivered the DVD yet.  Since we are approaching 22 months after the event I will detail the events that explain why a DVD hasn't been shipped yet.  Our customers are given 1 year from their wedding date to submit any editing notes they wish to have passed along to our editors.  [redacted]'s notes were submitted 3 days before their 1 year anniversary on August 11, 2015.  Once the editing notes are submitted we indicate an approximate  16 to 18 week window to deliver the edited video online for review and then approval or re-edit.  The edited video was posted online on January 11, 2016, a few weeks later than expected.  It wasn't until April 16th that we heard from [redacted] about her approval or request to re-edit her video.   On April 16th we discovered our client had approved the editing of the video.  Unfortunately, she may have misunderstood the directions to approve.  Our instructions indicate that if you are happy with the edit, simple click "Approved".  If you wish to make changes, write your notes in the space provided.  Instead of clicking "Approved" she wrote "Happy with the edit, send my DVDs".  Because she wrote her note in the space provided for editing notes, it then went back to our editors instead of the department that creates the DVDs.  This is where we mishandled the order.   The project remained idle until we received this complaint from the Revdex.com.  Frankly, the finished video is and has been online for viewing since January but we understand a disc of the wedding is promised and should be delivered in a timely manner.  I apologize to [redacted] for the delay in receiving her finished DVDs.  We now have the edited video ready to go and it will ship by early next week.   Again, we apologize for the confusion and hope [redacted] enjoys her edited video.Hugh R[redacted]Vice President The Pros

Dear Revdex.com:I have been working with [redacted] for over a month to help her work through her concerns.  It appears the DJ mispronounced 2 groomsmen during the bridal introduction.  We reached out to the DJ to have him rerecord the intro but he decided he didn't not wish to make the...

effort.  We assured her we could do this in house but the voice would be different than the DJ who provided the service.   Our last communication posed the question, "Do you mind if it's a different voice?".   We received this complaint the next day.Her original demand was for a full refund on her video service because of the DJ's intros.  We indicated that was not possible.  We struggled to find common ground after that.  The requested resolve is to finish the edited video.  That was the plan all along.  We aren't quite sure of the purpose to bring this to the Revdex.com.  The edited piece will take 8-12 weeks. Sincerely, Hugh R[redacted]Vice President

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]
 Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I have tried and tried to get my issues with The Pro's Weddings resolved.  The only way I am getting any response from The Pro's Weddings is because I have contacted the Revdex.com.  All I want from The Pro's Weddings is my wedding album and my wedding video.  The company stated it would take 10 to 12 weeks for my wedding video and my wedding album, it has been 4 months and still I have not received my wedding album and my wedding video.  I have spoke with the owner of the company and he stated,"there is no guarantee that your video voice over will be corrected".  I feel that I paid over $4800 for services that The Pro's Weddings were suppose to provide for my wedding but, they still have not fulfilled their obligations.  I would love to have a beautiful wedding album and a beautiful wedding video.
Regards,
[redacted]

From: [redacted] <[redacted].net>Date: Thu, Aug 18, 2016 at 1:26 PMSubject: Re: You have a new message from the Revdex.com of Metro Washington DC & Eastern Pennsylvania in regards to your complaint #[redacted].To: Revdex.com <[email protected]>It is correct that the caller I reached out to speak with Me personally.  It is incorrect that the videographer and the bride agreed upon a later start time than the original contract. Videographer did not show up on time or contact mother or the bride. For the sake of $250 dollars I will not make up a lie. I repeat he did not show up in time and did not call anyone. If you like you can return the 2 hours worth of coverage which is $125 per hour.  If not I will pursue this through other channels for what is due to me. Our video has no footage of our family guests and we are extremely saddened by the irreparable loss. Please don't misquote my conversation. I agreed to this settlement but did not agree to state a lie.

Dear Revdex.com and [redacted]:I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment regarding our resolve for your concerns.  My understanding is our videographer and the bride, [redacted], agreed to move the start time closer to the wedding ceremony time which was later than the original 2:30 start.  However, he was...

delayed because he could not find the entrance to the remote farm.  He called the location and found the entrance.   Our videographer also indicated the event ended early.  The main issue as you presented to Scott was the lack of footage of your guests during the reception.  In your words, "there was no sweeping shot of the room of my guests".  Unfortunately, our wedding videos will contain all of the important events such as the ceremony, introduction, special dances, toasts, cake and garter/bouquet and any other special event that takes place.  We will also shoot amply dancing of your guests.  What a videographer typically doesn't shoot is guests sitting and eating dinner unless the customer indicated to do so. There is no indication in our notes that this was a request.  As we've said before, we are truly sorry to hear of your disappointment.  By default most guests are seen on the video as they dance during the evening. To this point, Scott has offered a $100 product credit for future services.  During your last conversation, he indicated he would change the offer to a $100 refund.  Frankly, through this process you've insisted on a full refund and while your concerns are taken seriously, a full refund is unwarranted in this complaint.[redacted], your concerns are important to us.  We are willing to find common but providing a full refund is not something we are able to do.  You've received the raw footage and the service is now completed.  I can approve a $100 refund as previously offered by Scott.SincerelyHugh R[redacted]Vice President

To Whom It May Concern:I'm glad we were able to find some common ground regarding the complaint.  After my lengthy conversation with the customer, I found our conclusions to be productive.  We also agreed not to continue any dialog through the Revdex.com.  I'm happy to address any additional clarifications by phone.Best Regards,Hugh R[redacted]Vice President

Revdex.comWe were surprised and troubled to learn of this complaint logged with the Revdex.com.   [redacted] spoke to our Director on Thursday, September 24, 2015 to address concerns she had with the raw footage we recently delivered.  The resolve at the time was to add a complimentary...

edited piece which would allow us to resolve many of her concerns related to the raw footage.  Raw footage is not edited and typically is footage used to review and then edited down to a finished piece.  [redacted] suggested she would speak to her husband and let us know of her decision.Late Thursday night [redacted] the groom left Vince our Director a voicemail message indicating he did not feel an edited piece would resolve the issues and wanted to discuss a partial refund.  He also indicated he was prepared to share his concerns with all review websites if he did not receive his request for a refund.  Our Director called [redacted] the next day and left a message but did not hear back from him. By then they had posted a scathing review on [redacted].  On Friday,  I reached out to [redacted] and left a message indicating I was anxious to speak with her about her concerns, the [redacted] review and her husband's voicemail where he appeared to sound very angry.  I did not receive a call in return.  We did not reach out to the couple on Monday but rather thought we should wait until Tuesday in hopes they would return our two messages.   On Tuesday, September 29th we received this complaint from the Revdex.com.  We immediately reach out by phone in hopes of understanding why they decided to involve the Revdex.com when we were clearly working towards a resolution.  Upon speaking with both [redacted] and [redacted] via conference call they both admitted they received calls from us but simply felt they should use all resources possible to "get our attention".    We would have gladly discussed a partial refund if they agreed the editing of their footage was not what they had in mind.  I then agreed to return $300 of their fee.   [redacted] contacted me last night and accepted the refund. On Tuesday, [redacted] agreed with us that their negative review violated their rules and regulations and removed the review from their website.  We continue to be frustrated to see the Revdex.com involved in resolutions unnecessarily and hope you will consider removing this from our record. Hugh *.
