Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Attached is the receipt from Hyundai to fix the spark plug cable wire that was never advised needing to be replaced by Meineke when initially brought in to Meineke in June Also is attached the car rental receipt that I had to pay for the week Hyundai was servicing my car, and lastly, attached is a picture of the actual spark plug cable that was removed from my car(The original receipt from Meineke is also attached, showing they only replaced the spark plug, and nothing noting the spark plug cabled needing to be replaced, nor was it verbally advised to me at the time of service.)If any resolution is to come of this, I would like the fees from Hyundai and the car rental reimburse to me; if Meineke would have done their due diligence the first time, it would have prevented me having to get my vehicle serviced again and I would have never occurred the later feesI in trusted Meineke to have the knowledge to properly service vehicles and to inform their customers of any and all needed repairsNo one advised me that the spark plug cable was needing to be replaced and I have no knowledge of auto mechanics, that is why I sought out Meineke to provide me quality serviceAll of the later issues would have never occurred if my vehicle was services properly the first time aroundI hope that a satisfying and fair resolution will come of this Regards, [redacted] ***

After reviewing invoice meineke was never given the chance to inspect the problem prior to taking to dealer the repairs that were performed come month 12k mile warranty Coluster chose take to dealer for repairs unfortunately we can not as sit at this time

I am rejecting this response because: I am so sorry to be a bother, but this is what I know: Meineke is confusing oil change with repairsWhen my car starting shaking, I called Alpha Warranty they sent a tow truck and gave instructions to take my car to Hyundai because my car is a hyundaiMeineke never did any repair work in my car, I paid to have maintance on my carthat is what the invoice I sent you saysBottom line is that meineke did not change the spark plug wires and I paid alot of many for this.and the bad wire was what it was making my car shakeI am only asking for what is right and the moral thing to doMeineke took advantage of an older womanI do not understand why Meineke keep talking about repairs, they did not made any repairs only maintance

Please have customer forward copys of invoices from Hyundia.for the repairs And note why the vehicle was brought back to our facility as a warranty repair ?
