At this time, I have been contacted directly by Groovebook regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have received many messages back from Groovebook but none of them answer my initial question of how they obtained my credit card information. I...

never gave them my new card number and so I want to know how they obtained my information. I keep getting the run around and no straight answer. The last message I received back from them stated my account was cancelled and I wouldn't be charged again. They already cancelled my account over a month ago so that was not something new. But, again no response to my question. I have also received many message saying they are looking into the matter or it's being researched and then I receive a message back with  no answer. I have all of these messages saved.

The company did not ever contact me.  I decided to also try a feature on my [redacted] on this transaction and notified them of the duplicated charge. [redacted] was able to...

fairly quickly work with the company and get it resolved.  The company did reverse the one transaction but as what they called a "courtesy" not taking any responsibility that they had in fact double charged me "again".  Sincerely,[redacted]
