Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have some questions to ask the Revdex.comI appreciate that you are willing to work with us I did get you phone message that you mention, but through the Revdex.com email, it was suggested that I not to make any contacts with the company I was having an issue with I have copied the list of items and cost that was attached to the previous responseThe total cost is $as shown below: Missing items: Macy’s $ Box with Margarita Glasses (4) Williams and Sonoma’s $ Box with a Set of Glass mixing bowls (large size to small size- in all) Walmart $ 2-burner Coleman Camping Stove (not in a box) Toys R Us $ Black and yellow POGO stick (not in a box) Walmart $ Croquet SetWalmart $ Bocce Ball SetWalmart $ Ladder Toss Game (not in a box)Walmart $ 16” Machete w/ sheathBox of kids clothing $ Jeans #4($7.00), T-shirts #($4.00), Leggings #($5.00), Pajamas # ($13.00), Shirts #($6.00) Total cost to replace items = $ Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

K&J'z always strives to make every customer happy. The lost items that are reported as missing were as far as K&J'z knew were no longer an issue meaning that they were found and no longer problem. This could be due too a simple miscommunication. The company was under the... assumption that the customer would unpack all items first and then get back with us. After that conversation the missing items were not mentioned again and the focus centered around replacing the glass. MR. King delivered the new glass personally to the residence. No one was home which we knew ahead of time so the glass was left by the front door as per instructions by the customer. While it is possible the some one could have taken the glass. K&J'z was unaware that the glass was never received until this complaint was lodged. As of today we have left the customer a message and will await a response from them and strive toward a solution.

I did call when I got your first complaint and left a message thinking it would be easier and quicker than emailI can deliver another piece of glass but before I do that I would want to figure out if I possibly got address wrong or just confused houses I am getting older HA Ha

I am rejecting this response because:Your company is responsible for the workers that moved our personal items and furnitureYou did not replace the broken glass, it was never delivered to our home. I go in and out using the front door, and at no time was there any glass left on the front porch on the day you stated on the phone that you were coming over to "drop " it off. We talked to your employees and told them to look on the boxes because the location, the area or room was written on each box that was moved. Each box for our benefit had a list of the contents of each box that was moved. So, your employees had to read what was written on the boxes. The items missing are not random, we could not box the pogo stick, and the camp stove was not packed in a box. The croquet and the bocce ball sets were in their own individual blue carry bagsThe ladder toss game was brand new and it was still in the original box. The margarita glasses and the mixing bowls were in boxesEach labeled KITCHEN and labeled Margarita glasses and Glass Mixing bowlsThe machete was loose but on top of a camping box, labeled Garage. The box of kids clothing was also labeled and which bedroom it was to go to. We still expect to be reimbursed for the items that are missing. We paid for the services of your moving company and expect your company to take responsibility for the actions of your employees

***, Thanks for the great detail. We do have insurance that was of no charge to you. If you will look at your invoice it explains the valuation of items lost at time of delivery. .60$ per pound per item. Doing the valuation I estimate about 150LBS of lost items for a total of 90$. That is not enough we will go over the required amount totaling 175$. the other option would have been closer to that amount you want however there is a charge for that option. I think this is the best option and I am sorry that we have to deal with this I sure wish we lived in a perfect world.Thanks Kash

We have replaced the glass that was brokenAs far as the supposed missing items, we in good conscious can not take responsibility for themBeing in business for over years, the items described missing are way too randomUnless they were in one box by themselves there is no way our employees could go through different boxes to take these certain itemsThe boxes were already packed we would have no idea what was in the boxesThe ownership of K&J'z relays the mantra to it's employees that stealing from customers is" A Company Killer" and we try and employ people who believe the same

I am rejecting this response because: The conversation on November 8, 2017 as well as the email that was sent to John on November 9, 2017  was very clear that we had already unpacked all the boxes and the items were missing at that time.
