Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: there was absolutely no disclosure about the additional $902.00, whether I signed or not I was neither notified verbally, nor was it pointed out during the review of the papers, which was the only way you could effectively transact the sale of the 4Runner Regards, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: When I asked to have the fluids filled and the gas filled, which was something that was agreed to and done, those items were NOT placed on the (WE OWE FORM) but were still completedIn fact, there was nothing written on that form even though those items and floor mats were promised to meIs that just best to avoid providing customer with what was owed to themAdditionally, why would the sales associate put floor mats on the "WE OWE FORM" if he believed the vehicle already had themMy complaint is that I was told the vehicle had floor mats and made my purchase at least partly based on that assumption and the vehicle did not have the mats as promisedThe resolution I desire is still a set of floor mats for my Toyota Prius Regards, [redacted] ***

The vehicle that you purchased was certified, which in part is having the fluids checked during the certified inspection among other itemsWe do not have to put this on the WE-OWE as it is part of the inspection and the cost is accountted forHaving floor mats in a car is not required as part of the certification [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: There is only one response I will accept and that is that you folks admit to conducting unethical business and scamming me out of 900.00. Are you so far gone that you really believe what you are saying? Return the money. The fact that you continue to call me a liar is unbelievable, but I suspect this is, again, how you conduct business.

Additionally, why would the sales associate put floor mats on the "WE OWE FORM" if he believed the vehicle already had them. My complaint is that I was told the vehicle had floor mats and made my purchase at least partly based on that assumption and the vehicle did not have the mats as promised. The resolution I desire is still a set of floor mats for my 2012 Toyota Prius.
