Review: This merchant has had my oriental items (some valued as high as $8,000.00) on consignment for over a year. After 6 months and my contacting her, she stated she had not found another store location (after one in Redding, CA on Hilltop Dr.) but my merchandise was safe. Nothing has been sold. I have emailed her many times (hard copy proofs) at [redacted]-no response, no error message. I have called the only phone number have-###-###-####. Many times it rings a long time; sometimes a message machine comes on & I have left a message stating-as I have in my emails- I want to know where my merchandise is & I want it back. I will come get it-where is it? No response. Her father's name is Carl [redacted]. He was the original owner. His daughter is managing the business. Her name is [redacted]. Another client I met expressed the same issues. I simply want to find my large & small items & have them returned.
