Antique Market

Review: I had a booth at the Angique Market for approximately a year and a half. In that time I sold very little and I noticed that some times when I went there my items would be put on the floor and the manager would have her items displayed on my display racks, like a quilt that she was trying to sell. Or the time I had an antique refrigerator dish that was there, it wasn't listed on my account, she had taken it, but forgot to put it on my account. But in July of 2012 I took over 4 book racks, when I went over to pick my items up, when I closed my booth, there were only 2 book racks. One was sold, 2 I took home and the largest one was missing. When I asked about it, the manager had no idea where it could be. She quickly reminded me that I signed a contract that said they were not responsible for missing items. This item was 7' high and 4'wide and it had to be taken right by the cash register to get it out of there. I could understand if it was a small items, but this was huge. She said she would look around for it and let me know. She didn't, I called her, again she reminded that they weren't responsible but would have the owner call me. She never did. I still think it is impossible to get the book rack out the door without someone noticing it and that they are responsible. When I talked to the Manager about it, she said she didn't want to have a conversation about it and hung up.Desired Settlement: If the Antique Market can't return my book rack, I would like the value of $100.00 returned.
