On 10/11/I signed a student enrollment agreement to attend Cincinnati Bartending schoolDue to emergency medical situations I was only to complete hoursUnder the cancellation and refund policy it states, "the completion of less that hours will be obligated for the 25% of the tuition and refundable fees plus the registration fee ($100)." With that being said I have been in contact with them multiple times since 11/8/when I could no longer attend due to medical reasonsI got a hold of [redacted] on 11/18/with my debit card information for the refund of $As of 11/25/there was an amount of $being taken from my accountWhen I did not have enough funds it was replacedI have contacted [redacted] many more times sinceWhen I contact the Cincinnati Bartending school from my phone number they will not longer answer unless I call from another numberOnce they see that it is me they will no longer return that call as well [redacted] made the comment as well that I have
Cincinnati bar tending school was a great experience for me, I would encourage anyone considering bar tending as an profession to consider this class it is very educational and very informative with hands on training and no questions go unansweredThanks everyone for the great experience that will help me with my goals of becoming a great bartender
I know a friend who attended this program to get their bartending license in which she paid dollars for from this locationI came pass their website which stated that they were taking dollars off for summer classes which I was very excited about so I decided to call them upWhen I called them I told them how I was excited to start class and then she stated that the price is and there will be no discountsThen I preceded to tell her about what I read on line and she just basically ignored meI hear that this a business owned by a husband and wife and that seems a little wired being that I can't take this up with their supervisor or something because finessing people out of their money is ridiculous!!!!!!
Bartending Course I thought would be upbeat and positive experience with motivated instructor and I get the opposite...RUDE ..Instructor was very rude and with comments that should have been encouraging and not belittling ....( felt like I was in preschool)
Instructor had me make a drink and I obviously got it wrong He shook his head ..I asked what was wrong??.he said LOUDLY....people it's not rocket science...I asked again what I did wrong and he never would answer me...I paid for a course and only attended clock hours ( one week)
and called this business numerous times no answer...then finally left message Jan advising due to the unprofessional treatment I won't be back
Today is Feb and this evening received email from establishment I wouldn't get a refund
I should have known they wouldn't have tried calling that would have been proffesional
I just want my money back and hopefully get them to understand what professional really is
