I have been dealing with a Mr.[redacted] for several months trying to repair my 30-year anniversary[redacted] company wrist watch.I have not had any e-mails or returned phone calls since May 13th 2014 since he repaired my watch again. Mr. [redacted] has charged me $95.00 originally and I had to send the watch back for re-repair.I will attach the last e-mail from him that states this in his letter.I have the person's name who signed for my watch upon arrival if needed.
