At the opening of the pool it was found that the heater core(not just the outside plumbing) was leaking. Since her pool equipment is inside of a structure the technician by-passed the heater to prevent significant flooding in the room. Later in the season additional work was done to pool filter and tech talked to Mr. [redacted] and he was made aware of heater issue; he understood problem and thanked us for taking care of their problems. Mrs. [redacted] called in Aug 2015 about the heater being by-passed and we could not reach her on her cell( due to VM never being setup)but left a message on other line explaining heater issue. According to Mrs. [redacted] she has called us all summer to resolve the issue; until her Aug message she never contacted us in regards to reinstalling the heater. If Mrs. [redacted] would like the leaking heater plumbed back into the system again she needs to make herself available to do so. We have tried numerous times to get a hold of her but cell phone still has no VM as of Aug/Sept 2015.
