We followed up on the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com on July 7, Ourinvestigation revealed a letter had been sent to our Corporate Billing Department concerning thefact that the patient had VA benefitsOn further investigation; however, it was discovered theaccount was never
updated to include this informationThis error has been corrected and a claimwill be sent to VA this weekThe account was also recalled from the collection agency.Please let us know if we need to take any further action concerning this complaint.Sincerely,*** ***Compliance Officer
