Review: I went online to buy a birthday present for a friend and ordered two glass mugs from their website. I received an order confirmation #[redacted] and the payment was taken out of my account. I never received the merchandise and I have called and left messages several times on their voicemail. I have also sent emails on several occasions as well. It is now going on about a month since I made the order and no one has called me back or returned my emails.Desired Settlement: I would either like to receive my order or be issued a refund!
