I purchased dog watch fence with a written one year satisfaction warranty.I was not satisfied and could not get my money back.The training by dog watch was not completed,the last episode was I sent the collars back for warranty and I had to pay shipping to them and they repaired the problem and then they asked if I wanted new collars as the old ones they said were in poor condition,I agreed.they charged me $50.for two collars,$38.shipping and $41.*** chargesWith exchange it came to $for two collarsthe plastic protectors on my old collars were worn otherwise there was nothing wrong with them.I have lots of emails to dog watch rep*** *** in Winnipeg requesting service and a refund on my purchase within the one year warranty period.Where can I go from here? thanks *** *** *** ** *** ***
