Review: I consigned multiple items to Antiquorum Auctioneers for their April [redacted] 2014 New York Auction.
They sold my Paul Newman Racing Suit and Helmet for $ 50,000 and Paul Newman Racing Team Omega watch for $ 8,000 and they have failed to pay me for over 4 months,
They do not return phone calls or emails and have not responded to my attorneys letter.
I demand payment or the return of my itemsDesired Settlement: I demand payment for my items per the contract or the return of my property...
Review: Auction house did not remit payment for sold watch last April *, 2014 amounting to around $7,000+++, payment due 45 days after sold date, up to now July * no payment received yet.Desired Settlement: Remittance of funds for sold watch.

Review: Consigned a Patek Philippe watch for their June [redacted] auction, Lot No. [redacted] The Auction was held in [redacted], even though it was supposed to be in New York. Watch was sold at he auction for $5400.00. As per their contract with a consignor (Me in this case), They are supposed to pay the consignor 40 days after the auction. It is now Sept. **, almost 1 1/2 months after the 40 day period.
Have not received payment as of yet. Repeated phone calls to their accounts payable department only offers excuses.
Help!
